About The 5 Tibetan Yogas

A simple, gentle efficient yoga routine that increases mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. They are renowned for promoting longevity for llamas in the Himalayas. When practiced as a long term daily practice, these yoga's balance the subtle energies in our body and transform confusion, anger, attachment, and other delusive mental states. A perfect accompaniment to meditation, Tai Chi, and Pilates -- will benefit anyone with physical limitations, or not enough time to do other yoga classes or gym workouts. Classes run for 4 consecutive weeks.

Beginners Morning Classes
Wednesday Mornings: 9:30am- 10:30pm
Dates:  TBA
(once a week for 4 weeks) Yogas followed by meditation.
Cost: $85+HST for the 4 week session. Space is limited. Please register early with a $25 deposit required to hold your spot. (class sizes are small)

Wednesday Evenings: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Dates:  T.B.A.(once a week for 4 weeks) Yogas followed by meditation.
