5/Be ready on the DATE AND TIME YOU BOOKED. We will email you back to let you know the time we will be sending the distance session.
6/Sessions 45 minutes and longer can receive a follow up phone call if you like (within 3 days of your session) days. Arrange your follow up call via EMAIL HERE
