1. How Do I Book Online?
Simply click on the BOOK NOW button beside the service you wish to book. This opens up a calendar. There is a drop down menu at the top where you can select a specific practitioner, or you can simply select the best date and time for you and a practitioner will be assigned to you.
2. Do I Have To Prepay For My Appointment If I Book Online?
No. Booking online simply holds your spot. You pay for your appointment in person at the centre. Please note, we Do Require 24 hours for appointment cancellations or rescheduling and 7 days for class cancellations or rescheduling. The Only time prepayment is required is: *If you are booking a distance session online then pre-payment is required via paypal, etransfer. *If you are booking a class and would like to hold your spot, and/or receive the early registration discount then a deposit is required.

4. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We require 7 days notice for class cancellations or rescheduling. Once you book your appointment or spot in a class that space is held for you. We often have wait lists for classes and events and even appointments! When you do not cancel in a timely manner, it means that someone else misses out, not to mention the inconvenience to the practitioner or teacher who is here and expecting you. We understand sometimes things just happen, however we ask that you kindly respect our policy of advance notice. The reason we require at least a weeks notice for classes, is often we host classes and events and the teacher travels from out of town, or out of country! Imagine if they arrived here and are counting on a number of students to arrive to class, and that ends up not being the case. You get the picture. We appreciate your understanding.
Online Sessions, Classes, Workshops & Events Require a 24 Hour Cancellation or any deposits/payments will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded.
5. I Want To Shop. How Do I Do This?
We have a home studio shop in Dundas ON and an online store. We do not currently ship but we offer pick up in Dundas. You can also email us HERE to order and arrange pick up.
6. I Emailed You And Did Not Hear Back. Why Is That?
Space Aliens? Mercury Retrograde? Spam filters? We wish we knew the answer to this one. We recently switched our email to gmail in the hopes this would improve things. All of our emails sent to [email protected] are answered usually on the day of, or the day following receipt, unless it has been a holiday. If you do not hear back it is likely we Did Not receive your email. Email is a convenient, reliable way to communicate however it is not 100%. We endeavour to make sure we get to everyone and everything but sometimes things can happen. Also please note: we do not have a receptionist and are often in session ~ we will return your email as soon as we are able.

8. You Have So Many Services. I Don't Know What I Need Or What Is Best For Me. How Do I Choose?
We try to put as much information as possible on the website so that you can read more about each service, their similarities, and differences to help you select the best service for you. If you are ever unsure, then it is best to book the session closest to what you feel you need and to allow for the time you need (for example-booking an hour will allow enough time for most services) we can change the service when you arrive if need be. We have SERVICE SELECTOR PAGE that lists services via category to help you choose. Read the descriptions on the website, and really trust your intuition. If none of that helps then just give us a call.
