Meditation For Kids (suitable for ages 6-12) A combination of guided meditation techniques, breathing techniques, and stillpoint focus will be explored in a fun and loving and dynamic way. About Your Teacher
Kerri Fargo (teaches Meditation, Intuition Development, Reiki)
Kerri is a Reiki Master & Intutitive. She is the mother to 3 boys and has a lot experience with children and teens of all ages. She has thousands of volunteer hours working in the classroom setting as she originally planned to go to teachers college. She also grew up as an 'intuitive' and knows it is not always easy being 'sensitive'. Her approach is practical and hands on to teach kids of all ages how to develop and mange their intuition so it is something they can learn to love and embrace and use rather than seeing it as a big mysterious, frightening, or unwelcome gift. Her classes are empowering! And please know, you do not need to be intuitive or psychic to take these classes. These classes are for everyone!!!
