By visiting, shopping, and/or booking an appointment through this website you accept the following terms and conditions with Circle of Light Wellness.com. Please read them carefully.
The services provided on this site are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated. Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive and/or purchase a session, product or service. Sessions are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice or care. Clients are encouraged to please seek the advice of a trained medical doctor about any health concerns. ALL sessions, products, and services content are subject to the client’s interpretation.
Changing an Appointment
To change an existing appointment, please send an email to [email protected] We require a Minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment changes. We Require 7 days notice for changes to any class registrations. No shows and last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancelling an Appointment
To cancel an existing appointment, please send an email to [email protected]. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you prepaid, you will be refunded the session fee as long as you adhered to the 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of appointments outside of our 24 hour guidelines and 'no shows' will not be refunded. Sessions that were not pre-paid will be subject to a missed appointment charge of $45. Please understand that not showing for an appointment, affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want to book a session. We often have a waiting list for services. Your appointment booking is your commitment to be here.
Cancelling a Class
When you register for a class preparations are made for you beforehand including your manuals and certificates. Rooms are rented and paid for. Sometimes we have visiting teachers that travel great distance to be here. Cancellations of classes outside of our 24 hour guidelines and 'no shows' will forfeit the amount paid for that class. Please understand that not showing for a class is not fair to the teacher or to the other students who wanted to attend. We often have a waiting list for classes. Your class booking is your commitment to be here. For that reason, WE REQUIRE 7 DAYS NOTICE FOR ALL CLASS CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. Deposits are nonrefundable after this time. No shows and last minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will Not be refunded. No exceptions.
Distance Appointment Policies
All appointments are listed as EASTERN TIME on the online booking system. We phone clients in the US or Canada at the phone number or Skype ID that was given at the time of booking. SKYPE ONLY for clients outside the US/Canada. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment and to ensure that the contact information provided to us is correct.
To schedule a Distance Session, please visit the Service page to pre-pay and reserve your appointment time using the online booking system. Appointments will not be held without full payment. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email. Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service. Please see the change and cancellation policy below.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for missed appointments or for appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours of the scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do not intend to keep it.

Refund Policy for Products
We want you to be happy with any purchases made at Circle of Light Wellness.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of the date of the transaction and make arrangements to return it. Shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. We cannot offer refunds after 7 days. We cannot offer refunds or on purchases made through links or recommendations that are not affiliated with Circle of Light Wellness.com.
Downloadable products are non-refundable. If you are having difficulty with a download, please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help you determine the cause of the problem.
