A relaxing gentle class designed to relieve stress and tension. Slower longer held postures to encourage relaxation and healing of the body. This class is enhanced with the healing energy of Reiki. A wonderful way to end the day to release stress and sleep better.
Open to all levels including absolute beginners.

A vinyasa style practice, where movement is linked with breath to create a flowing sequence. Expect to sweat in this class. Suitable to those new to yoga practice. Sun Salutation and basic postures will be the focus shared in many different creative ways. A general level of fitness and mobility is recommended.

Gentle Yoga Classes & Yoga For Beginners
These classes are about getting started with yoga, at Your Pace and meeting your body where it is at right now. The focus is on learning the yoga poses, and moving through them in a safe and effective manner while building confidence. Strength and flexibility naturally come in time with a regular commitment to practice.
Flow Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa)
Flow yoga is a vinyasa style practice, where movement is linked with breath to create a flowing sequence. Suitable to those new to yoga practice. Sun Salutation and basic postures will be the focus. A general level of fitness and mobility is recommended.
Yin/Yang Yoga A heat building flow class to get the body moving, followed by a longer cool down with (longer held) yin style postures to create opening and flexibility in the body and lubrication of the joints
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a passive, transformative style of yoga where you hold postures for up to 3 to 8 minutes each. This longer hold strengthens, lengthens, and opens the body providing therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. It’s less active than other types of yoga. Suitable for beginners and for people with limited mobility.

Tibetan Yoga
These 5 Rites have been passed down from teacher to teacher for thousands of years. I was taught this style of yoga 18 years ago by a former Tibetan Buddhist nun. It is a simple series of set movements that are repeated every day. The focus of this type of yoga is on clearing the mind and the energy of the body. It is not a typical yoga practice. It is very gentle. If you are familiar with yoga-this will not feel like yoga. It's focus is on strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system, breathing, and letting go.
Pre-natal Yoga
For moms to be. A gentle practice that also prepares your body for the labour and delivery of your baby.
Mom & Baby Yoga
A gentle, healing, supportive practice to help new moms reconnect to their bodies, recover from childbirth, and deal with the new demands that motherhood entails.
Kids Yoga
A fun active practice to get kids interested in yoga. Suitable for ages 3 & up.
